Host Communities Hold Follow-Up Talks on Farmers’ Compensation at AAAU Permanent Site
A delegation from the host communities surrounding the African Aviation and Aerospace University visited the university today to discuss further the ongoing compensation for farmers affected by construction activities at the permanent site. They were received by the Registrar, Dr. Mustapha Sheikh Abdullahi,acmi.
The delegation represented the communities under the authority of His Royal Highness, Alhaji Dr. Idris Musa, the Emir of Jiwa and the meeting focused on follow-up discussions to ensure that promised compensation for farmers, particularly those whose crops were at the harvest stage, is fully addressed and fairly disbursed.
