The Management of the African Aviation and Aerospace University (AAAU), Abuja, paid a courtesy visit to the Emir of Jiwa, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Idris Musa, MFR, in appreciation of his pivotal role in facilitating the smooth settlement of land compensation for the University’s permanent site.

During the visit, the Management commended the Emir for his fatherly guidance and unwavering support, which contributed significantly to the seamless resolution of the process.

In his response, the Emir expressed delight at hosting the University within his emirate, describing the institution as a source of pride to the community.

He lauded AAAU for providing scholarship opportunities to indigenes and for creating employment opportunities for local residents.

The Emir also acknowledged the transparency and sincerity demonstrated by the University’s Management, noting that such values foster trust and strengthen collaboration.

The visit underscores AAAU’s commitment to building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with its host community and further consolidates town and gown relations.
