Today, the African Aviation and Aerospace University (AAAU), Abuja, hosted students and staff of Bright Sun College, Lagos, on an educational excursion aimed at exposing them to the world of aviation and aerospace. The students and staff were warmly received in AAAU’s aircraft-style lecture room, where the Registrar, Dr. Mustapha Sheikh Abdullahi, acmi, represented by the Principal Assistant Registrar, Mr. Dennis Joseph Onwukwe, delivered a welcome address, highlighting the university’s vision and growth as Africa’s pioneer institution in aviation, aerospace, and environmental sciences. Presentations by Dr. Endurance Keyamo and Dr. Aruya Emmanuel introduced the students to career opportunities in aviation business, meteorology, and climate science, emphasizing their significance in aviation safety and management. The interactive session ended with an engaging Q&A, leaving the students inspired and better informed about potential careers in the aviation and aerospace sectors.
