The United Nations “Conference of the Parties” (COP) has commenced its annual meetings on Climate Change in the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E). The 28th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 28) witnesses the participation of over 200 countries and welcomes 70,000 observers.

Representing the African Aviation and Aerospace University (AAAU) at the 2023 COP28 Climate Change Conference in the U.A.E are Mustapha Abdullahi, the Registrar; Yahaya Zayyana Ibrahim, Director of Academic Planning; and Aliyu Mohammed Tata, Head of the Department of Aviation Business.

Initiating discussions for collaboration between AAAU and Emirates Aviation University (EAU), the two institutions anticipate signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in the forthcoming weeks.

The AAAU Team were taking on a tour of EAU. The AAAU delegation was graciously received at the EAU Campus by Mr. Robert Johnson, Board Secretary of EAU, and Deputy Vice-Chancellor Prof. Zindoga Mukandavire, along with other distinguished management staff of EAU.
