AAAU Abuja Advances in Academic Affairs: Inaugurates SPGS Interim Board, Committee, and Research Group
The African Aviation and Aerospace University (AAAU) in Abuja marked a significant milestone on Thursday, February 8, 2024, with the inauguration of its School of Postgraduate Studies (SPGS) Interim Board, Committee Members, and Research Group.
Following the commencement of the SPGS programme at AAAU and the appointment of a new Dean, the university proceeded to establish an interim board and committee to oversee the affairs of the postgraduate school.
The inauguration ceremony was presided over by Mustapha Sheikh Abdullahi,acmi,
Registrar of the African Aviation and Aerospace University-AAAU. He extended congratulations to all attendees and urged collective efforts to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
Prior to the inauguration, Prof. Yahaya Ibrahim Zayyana, Director of Academic Planning, provided an overview of the responsibilities expected from the SPGS board and committee members. Additionally, Chairman AAAU research group, Aliyu Mohammed Tata outlined the objectives and scope of the Research Group.
