The Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), in collaboration with Vonzotagold Ltd., today hosted the Grand Finale of the “Wings of Tomorrow: Mentorship Programme for the Development of Future Aviation” at the Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau Conference Centre, Airport Road, Abuja.

Themed “From Aircraft to Space Exploration: Pathways in Aerospace Careers,” the event brought together a panel of distinguished experts who shared insights on the vast career opportunities in aviation and aerospace.

Representing the African Aviation and Aerospace University (AAAU), Abuja, Dr. Eniola Olaniyan; Head of Meteorology Department, served as a panelist, offering perspectives on how the institution is contributing to the development of future professionals and expanding opportunities in the sector.

Organisers noted that the mentorship initiative is designed to inspire and prepare the next generation of aviation leaders through guidance, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
